About the Role

Jibla Dental Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our high-end dental team. The ideal candidate will support our dentists and specialists during clinical procedures, ensure a sterile and safe environment, and deliver exceptional care to our valued patients. This role is essential in maintaining the quality, safety, and comfort that define our patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and specialists during a wide range of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and materials according to infection control protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and provide chairside support before, during, and after treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care when needed
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure operatory rooms are fully stocked and ready
• Follow all clinical safety protocols, including sterilization and waste disposal procedures
• Collaborate with the clinical and front desk teams to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications & Skill

• Valid nursing license in Kuwait (Dental Nurse License preferred)
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare environment
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and a caring attitude
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work as part of a team
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
